This week, Carol Starre-Kmiecik will portray Cleveland’s own Dorothy Fuldheim, who is credited with being the first woman in the United States to anchor a television news broadcast as well to host her own television show. She has been referred to as the “First Lady of Television News.”

Ms. Starre-Kmiecik has been performing on stage for over 35 years. She has a Bachelor’s degree i Speech and Theatre Arts from Baldwin-Wallace College and studied Improvisational Theatre at Chicago’s Second City for 2 years. She has appeared in over 60 plays, several films and television shows and commercials.
